The 1st Sadie's Pet Stop opened in the summer of 1996 and what began as a creative way to provide daycare to my Border Collie, "Sadie". Since then "Sadie's" has turned into a great pet destination. As an enthusiastic working dog, Sadie requires a lot of mental stimulation. A pet store seemed to be a perfect business for her to spend a working day. Sadie is often seen within the store and promptly greets and directs all customers once through the door.
It's amazing how a dog can have a better idea of good customer service than most people can. Though she is getting older now, (16 if you can believe it!) her same working spirit comes through with all of our staff.
